For customers: joining a café and using your wallet
How to join a loyalty programme, find your wallet, check in, and redeem rewards — no app download required.
Ask the café staff for their QR code or look for it on the counter. Scan it with your phone's camera — you don't need the Klicktify app. Your browser opens the join page.
Enter your name and phone number (or email — whichever the café has asked for). Tap Join. Within seconds you'll see your membership card on screen.
You don't need to download anything. Everything works in your phone's browser. Your membership is stored in your Klicktify account.
Your wallet is at klicktify.com/h/cafes (your cafés list) or directly at the café's storefront page. Tap My Wallet to open it. You'll see your points balance, tier badge, QR code, and a list of your available rewards.
If you've joined several cafés, use the Your Cafés list to switch between them — each café has its own points balance.
When you arrive at the café, open your wallet and tap Show your code. Hold the QR code on screen for the staff to scan with their counter scanner. You'll see a confirmation with the points earned.
Alternatively, scan the café's QR code poster directly from your phone — the storefront will log the check-in automatically without needing staff to scan.
You can only check in once per day at each café. If you try to check in twice in the same day, the café's system will let you know.
Your wallet shows your current tier and how many points you need to reach the next tier. If you're at Bronze, the progress bar shows how close you are to Silver (200 points). At the top Ruby tier, there is no next tier — you're at the top.
Open the café's storefront and go to Rewards. Any reward you have enough points for shows an active Claim button. Tap it — the points are deducted from your balance and the claim is registered with the café. Show the confirmation to the staff to receive your reward.
If a reward shows 'Out of stock', the café has run out of that item. It will become available again if the café restocks it.
If the café has set up birthday bonus points, you'll receive them automatically on your birthday — no action needed. Anniversary bonuses (for being a member for a full year) are also awarded automatically. You'll see both in your wallet's transaction history.
